can assist you by ensuring that no detail is missed. Simply complete an online
form indicating what areas you would like to receive information on such as
Accommodations, Transportation, Activities, Dining, etc., or skip a category and
move on to the next.
After submitting the form, you will be contacted by
e-mail or phone with the information and rates you requested. You can make your
reservations online through our secure online reservation system or if you
prefer to speak with a customer service representative, you can secure your
reservations over the telephone. Our toll free number is

Save your plans by creating your own Member Log-in ID & Password.
Then come back at your convenience to complete your itinerary and submit

your Itinerary
Submit
your customized itinerary to WhistlerPlanner.com and you will recieve
confirmation of your reservations by email within 24-hours.

Payment Required

is a Free Service! WhistlerPlanner.com does
not charge for this service, however, a valid, major credit card (VISA
or MasterCard) is required to confirm and secure all bookings. Charges
for any products or services reserved at this site will be processed and
billed to the cardholder by the business(es) providing the service.
Large Groups & Conferences: For large groups and conferences, other
payment options are available. Please contact Customer Service at (604)

Deposits: Accommodation bookings and some activities or
services may require a deposit. This information can be found in the
Cancellation Policy section provided by each company listed at this site.
IMPORTANT! Please be sure to carefully read and understand the

to comply with these policies may result in full payment for a cancelled
service.
